This traditional 90-minute Bikram-style class follows a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a warmly heated room. The sequence is designed to work every part of the body—building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance—while promoting detoxification and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, 26&2 offers a powerful, meditative experience that challenges both body and mind, leaving you feeling energized, focused, and restored.
