Hot 26 & 2 

Our signature heated (Bikram-style) yoga class. This 26 postures + 2 breathing sequence builds strength, balance, and focus—leaving you sweaty, renewed, and empowered.

Mat Pilates

Low-impact, mindful, and core-focused. Designed to strengthen your posture, stability, and alignment from the inside out. Accessible for all levels.

Yin Yoga (by request/private)

A slower, meditative practice using long-held postures to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. Perfect as a complement to your active practice.

Private Sessions

A personalized practice designed around your body, goals, and energy, whether you’re deepening your Bikram practice, exploring Yin for healing, or strengthening through Pilates.

Sessions include a brief check-in, customized movement, and mindful guidance, with a post-session recap to support your growth beyond the mat.
