Refund Policy

At Emerge, we strive to provide meaningful and supportive wellness experiences. Because our services are time-based and space-limited, the following refund policy applies:

Class Packages & Drop-Ins

All purchases of class packages, single drop-in classes, and virtual sessions are non-refundable. However, we understand life happens — if you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Private Sessions

Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and may be subject to the full session fee.

Workshops & Special Events

For workshops or special events, full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, registrations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another participant if arranged in advance.

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
