At Emerge, we strive to provide meaningful and supportive wellness experiences. Because our services are time-based and space-limited, the following refund policy applies:​

Private Sessions

All private session purchases are non-refundable. Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and may be subject to the full session fee.

Partnerships & Private Events

For partnerships and private events, full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, registrations are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your event to another available date.

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
